Prepare Your Files

Export each PSG sleep study as a single unfiltered EDF file

Include Lights Off / Lights On times (or epoch numbers) in a text file

Files must include required channels (EEG, EOG, EMG, SpOâ‚‚, CPAP, etc.)

Sampling frequency for EXG channels must be >120 Hz
-
All files must be fully de-identified
The 50-microvolt calibration signal must be validated during the acquisition, or, preferably, recorded in the EDF file before Lights Out or after Lights On.

Transfer Your Studies

We will supply a link to upload your PSG sleep studies to a secure file-sharing site.

For very large cohorts (e.g. >1,000 studies), we may request shipment of a portable hard drive instead of uploading.

We Process the Data

We process your PSG sleep studies using proprietary sleep and EEG analysis software developed by Dr. Magdy Younes.

Outputs include both standard PSG metrics and novel sleep metrics, including Odds Ratio Product (ORP).
